  • You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
    • You received a defective or damaged product.
    • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
    • The product is eligible under our return window (within 7 days of delivery).
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In the original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.

Note: Slight variations in color due to lighting or screen differences are not considered valid reasons for return. However, if the color is entirely different (e.g., ordered blue, received brown), you are eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been used/opened.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement (subject to stock availability). In case a replacement is not possible, you will be offered a full refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit/coupon unless otherwise agreed.

4. We Receive & Inspect Your item is reviewed to ensure it meets our return criteria. Within 2–3 working days
5. Refund or Store Credit Issued Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. COD orders receive store credit/coupon. Within 5–7 working days
6. Notification Sent You’ll get confirmation via email as soon as it’s processed. Immediately after processing
